Публичная дипломатия в российско-венесуэльских отношениях (на примере УрФО)

Аннотация

The study of public diplomacy is a matter of cardinal importance for the political, economic, social and cutural echange between two nations. This research focuses on the public diplomacy between Russia and Venezuela, and the opportunities that the region of Urals and the city of Yekaterinburg have to offer in order for this relationship to be expanded. For this, it was developed a documentary study, where we studied the concepts of diplomacy, public diplomacy, new public diplomacy, commercial diplomacy, soft power; and how these have been, or can be applied within the Russian-Venezuelan partnership. The study also presents the prospect of the instalment of a Trade Office of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the city of Yekaterinburg, from where all of the concepts and theory analyzed along the work can be put into practice.
