Аннотация
Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена сотрудничеству Испании и Португалии в сфере культуры в конце XX–XXI вв. Она содержит введение, две главы и заключение.
В результате работы были сделаны следующие выводы: активное развитие сотрудничества Испании и Португалии в области культуры началось после их вступления в ЕС в 1986 г. В дальнейшем была создана правовая база, регулирующая культурные отношения этих стран, произошла институализация сотрудничества и укрепилось сотрудничество между культурными учреждениями стран, а также Испания и Португалия приняли участие в большом количестве совместных и международных проектов и программ в области культуры. В настоящее время их культурное сотрудничество находится на высоком уровне, а область культуры стала одним из важнейших направлений их политики. Несмотря на это, страны сталкиваются с проблемами, связанными с разной степенью развитости культурного сектора и активности участия в международных инициативах.
This final qualification work is devoted to the cooperation between Spain and Portugal in the field of culture at the end of the XX-XXI centuries. It contains an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.
As a result of the work, the following conclusions were made: the active development of cooperation between Spain and Portugal in the field of culture began after their accession to the EU in 1986. Subsequently, the legal framework was created that regulates the cultural relations of these countries, the institutionalization of cooperation took place and the cooperation between cultural institutions of the countries was strengthened. Spain and Portugal have taken part in many joint and international projects and programs in the field of culture. At present, their cultural cooperation is at a high level, and the field of culture has become one of the most important areas of their policy. Despite this, countries face problems related to the different levels of development of the cultural sector and the activity of participation in international initiatives.
