УРЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ ЭТНОПОЛИТИЧЕСКОГО КОНФЛИКТА (НА ПРИМЕРЕ НАРОДА ЛАКОТА, ХХI ВЕК)
Аннотация
В рамках данной выпускной работы проведено исследование наиболее острых и проблемных аспектов взаимодействия трех ветвей власти Соединенных Штатов Америки с индейцами лакота в контексте урегулирования этнополитического конфликта между ними.
Основываясь на обширном перечне источников, а также на анализе научной литературы, автором были выявлены факторы, которые поспособствовали урегулированию конфликта и место трех ветвей власти в них.

ANNOTATION
In the framework of this graduation work, the most acute and problematic aspects of the interaction of the three branches of power of the United States of America with the Lakota Indians in the context of the settlement of the ethnopolitical conflict between them were investigated.
Based on an extensive list of sources, as well as on the analysis of scientific literature, the author highlighted factors that contributed to the settlement of the conflict and the place of the three branches of power in them.
