For the final qualifying work: "The Personnel Commitment as the Strategy for Internationalization of Mobility Programs Between UPAEP and UrFU".
The Master Thesis written on 69 sheets (A4 format, font Times New Roman, font size 14, 1.5 line spacing), excluding attachments (which consist of 67 pages).
Number of tables – 2 (excluding attachments).
The number of figures – 19 (excluding attachments).
The number of formulae - 1 (excluding attachments).

Final qualifying work consists of introduction, six parts, conclusion, bibliographical list, and three appendices.
The theoretical part presents the objects, subjects, and hypothesis of the dissertation, basic concepts, scope and limitation, assessment of review of literature, methods, criteria, and stages.
Based on these results, we have developed factors that contribute to the commitment of staff of the internationalization of higher education.
In conclusion, the results are in accordance with the dissertation’s objectives.
