INTRODUCTION OF THE PROGRAM OF HIGH POTENTIAL STAFF DEVELOPMENT IN THE ENERGOSTAL COMPANY, YEKATERINBURG, RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Nowadays the implementation of the high potential programs in companies is a very important issue for the Human Resources area. The development of this program represents a challenge for any company; that is why the aim of this research is to develop the steps that the company Energostal must develop according to the resources and the policy it has.
The first part provides theoretical information on what the high potential program means, its principles, characteristics, concepts, best practices, models, theories and measurement instruments. Likewise, the concept of burnout and work environment and its impact with the high potential process is presented. The results of the quantitative and qualitative studies that were applied to the employees are shown. Three different instruments were applied, one that showed the perception that the employees and managers of the High Potential program have, another that allows to measure the burnout and finally the labor welfare.
In the third part are the proposals that show the steps to develop the high potential program, as well as the strategies that eradicate burnout and improve the work environment. This study showed the level of acceptance of the high potential program in the employees and identified the employees who presented burnout syndrome, which makes it easier to know about how the company should act in this respect.
