The WRC (master’s thesis) consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list including 87 references, 2 appendices. The research work includes 9 tables and 33 figures. The total volume of the WRC (master’s thesis) is 135 pages. The scientific novelty of the research consists in putting forward some innovative recommendations on specific details in implementation proposals for HR (strategy) innovation management in Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., in order to obtain a sustainable source of human capital, human capital, financial capital.
