Построение системы обслуживания рекламы на основе геоинформационной системы M-GIS
Аннотация
Магистерская диссертация посвящена построению системы обслуживания рекламы, помогающая муниципалитету (Красногорск, Московская область) управлять и архивировать данные, связанные с рекламными конструкциями, и отображать их на картах, а также возможности поддержки муниципальных решений относительно установки новых рекламных конструкций. Для построения системы использовалось современное программное обеспечение, поддерживающее геоинформационные технологии (PostgreSQL, PostGIS, ArcMap, Model Builder, Python). В основной части работы представлена общая информация о наружной рекламе и наиболее важных факторах, влияющих на расположение рекламных конструкций. Описана нормативно-законодательная база, касающаяся рекламы на федеральном, региональном и муниципальном уровнях, а также представлены наиболее важные инструменты и программы, используемые для решения проблемы размещения рекламных конструкций.
The master's thesis is devoted to building an advertising service system that helps the municipality (Krasnogorsk, Moscow region) manage and archive data re-lated to advertising structures and display them on maps, as well as the possibility of supporting municipal decisions regarding the installation of new advertising structures. To build the system, modern software was used that supports geoinfor-mation technologies (PostgreSQL, PostGIS, ArcMap, Model Builder, Python). The main part of the work provides general information about outdoor advertising and the most important factors affecting the location of advertising structures. The work describes the regulatory and legislative framework related to advertising at the fed-eral, regional and municipal levels, as well as presents the most important tools and programs used to solve the problem of placing advertising structures. In the practi-cal part of the master's thesis, the following tasks were solved:
- the design of a database of advertising structures has been completed;
- a tool for managing the placement of advertising structures and pro-cessing of initial data has been created;
- developed a web application for displaying datasets.
As a result of the work, an integrated system was obtained that helps the municipality to store data related to advertising structures and display them on maps.
