Аннотация
В рамках данной работы составлен аналитический обзор литературы по строению и свойствам сократительных белков, по механике мышечного сокращения, а также по характеристике меди и влиянию ее на организм человека. Проведено исследование актин-миозинового взаимодействия в миокарде левого желудочка крыс при интоксикации разными дозами наночастиц меди. Исследована скорость скольжения реконструированного тонкого филамента по миозину левого желудочка. Проверен состав легких и тяжелых цепей миозина левого желудочка.
Within the framework of this work, an analytical review of the literature on the structure and properties of contractile proteins, on the mechanics of muscle contraction, as well as on the characteristics of copper and its effect on the human body has been compiled. The study of actin-myosin interaction in the myocardium of the left ventricle of rats during intoxication with different doses of copper nanoparticles was carried out. The rate of sliding of a reconstituted thin filament along the myosin of the left ventricle was investigated. The composition of light and heavy chains of left ventricular myosin was tested.
