Аннотация

The present master's thesis is devoted to research in the field of designing situational centers. Based on the research of the current state of informatization of the processes of reporting and monitoring of the status of services and information systems of the UrFU IT Directorate, a proposal was made to create a situation analysis center (SAC) to monitor the activities of the units and the current state of services. It is expected that as a result of the introduction of SAC, the management of the IT Directorate will become more efficient, and the satisfaction of users with the provision of services is higher.
