The object of the study is the project to build a residential complex "Smorodina" in Yekaterinburg from the developer "Atomstroycomplex" at various stages of its life cycle.
The research is aimed at identifying the factors of investment attractiveness of residential real estate objects that affect the investor's decision to participate in the investment project and suggest measures to increase the attractiveness of the facilities for the potential investor.
The study includes an analysis of the current state of the construction complex of the Sverdlovsk region, a description of the main characteristics of the research object, an assessment of its investment attractiveness for the potential investor and buyers. Based on the results identified in the course of the study, measures were proposed to increase the investment attractiveness of the facility in question and formulate a methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of residential properties.
