Аннотация. В данной работе исследуется деятельность турецких организаций в культурной и образовательной сферах в тюркских странах Центральной Азии в конце ХХ - ХХI вв. Анализируются исторические, социокультурные и политические факторы, влияющие на политику Турции в регионе. Основное внимание уделяется роли организаций Фетхуллаха Гюлена, их влиянию на образовательную систему, а также проектам культурной дипломатии, реализуемым государственными и негосударственными турецкими организациями. Автор приходит к выводу, что деятельность турецких организаций в Центральной Азии способствует продвижению турецкого языка и культуры, укреплению политических и экономических связей между Турцией и тюркскими странами региона. Также выявлено, что турецкие образовательные учреждения играют значимую роль в формировании новой элиты в странах Центральной Азии.

Annotation. This paper examines the activities of Turkish organizations in the cultural and educational spheres in the Turkic countries of Central Asia at the end of the 20th and 21st centuries. It analyzes historical, sociocultural, and political factors influencing Turkey's policy in the region. Special attention is given to the role of Fethullah Gülen's organizations, their impact on the education system, and cultural diplomacy projects implemented by state and non-state Turkish organizations. The author concludes that the activities of Turkish organizations in Central Asia promote the Turkish language and culture, strengthen political and economic ties between Turkey and the Turkic countries of the region. It is also revealed that Turkish educational institutions play a significant role in forming the new elite in the Central Asian countries.
