Аннотация

The process of world globalization and integration involved Balkan countries too. Idea of Balkan integration dates from about 200 years ago, but it has not been applied yet. Balkan federation (or Balkan Federative Republic) represents political project of Balkan national unity based on federal principles. As basic (primary) reasons for Balkan federation forming are mentioned higher possibilities for economic growth, political independence from leading countries and solution of national problems. It is necessary to take into account all barriers in the application of this idea in mentioned time period, in order to avoid obstacles in modern integration of Balkan nationalities.
