В работе анализируются цели, задачи и принципы взаимодействия стран-участниц ШОС, в частности, характер и основные направления взаимодействия России и Китая в Шанхайской Организации Сотрудничества в 2001-2023 гг. Также в работе рассматривается китайско-российское сотрудничество в политическом и экономическом направлении, изучены мероприятия и инициативы гуманитарного сотрудничества стран в рамках ШОС. Детально изучена альтернативная повестка ШОС, противопоставленная западному подходу к формированию миропорядка.

Abstract
The paper analyzes the goals, objectives and principles of interaction between the SCO member states, in particular, the nature and main directions of interaction between Russia and China in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2001-2023. The work also examines Sino-Russian cooperation in the political and economic fields, and examines activities and initiatives of humanitarian cooperation between the countries within the framework of the SCO. The SCO's alternative agenda, opposed to the Western approach to the formation of the world order, has been studied in detail.
