Промышленная политика Италии в начале XXI в.

Исследование посвящено анализу промышленной политики Италии в XXI веке. В работе последовательно рассмотрены теоретико-методологические основы проведения промышленной политики Европейского Союза и Италии, приведены основные характеристики промышленного сектора Италии в XXI в., основные концепции и инструменты индустриальной политики Италии и проблемы её осуществления. Экономический кризис 2008 г. показал, что Италия и Европейский Союз в целом не могут отказаться от промышленности как двигателя роста и производительности экономики, современные концепции развития экономики ЕС ставят задачей повышение значимости промышленного сектора в структуре экономики. Анализ ситуации в Италии показал, что у страны нет целостного видения промышленного развития, на сегодняшний день промышленная политика складывается из ряда инициатив и программ, слабо связанных между собой и не имеющих общей цели.

The study is devoted to the analysis of industrial policy in Italy in the XXI century. During the study the theoretical and methodological basis of the industrial policy of the European Union and Italy, the main characteristics of the industrial sector in Italy in the XXI century, the basic concepts and tools of industrial policy in Italy and the problems of its implementation gradually were covered. Economic crisis of 2008 has showed that Italy and the European Union cannot abandon the industry as an engine of growth and productivity of the economy, modern development concepts of the EU economy pose the task of increasing the importance of the industrial sector in the economic structure. Analysis of the situation in Italy showed that the country does not have a coherent vision of industrial development, today industrial policy consists of a number of initiatives and programs that are poorly linked and do not have a common goal.
