АННОТАЦИЯ
В дипломной работе рассматривается роль внешней культурной политики Германии на современном этапе. Особое внимание уделяется истории развития культурной политики в Германии, основным институтам, которые продвигают внешнюю культурную повестку, а также основным акторам с которыми Германия взаимодействует для достижения своих целей в культурной политике. В исследовании делается акцент на анализе эффективности культурных институтов ФРГ и их значимости во взаимодействии с другими странами в сфере культурной политики.

Annotation
The thesis examines the role of Germany's foreign cultural policy at the present stage. Special attention is paid to the history of the development of cultural policy in Germany, the main institutions that promote the external cultural agenda, as well as the main actors with whom Germany interacts to achieve its goals in cultural policy. The study focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness of the cultural institutions of Germany and their importance in cooperation with other countries in the field of cultural policy.
