Внешняя политика Франции в регионе Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки в ХХI в.
Аннотация
В рамках данной выпускной квалификационной работы проведено исследование внешней политики Французской республики в регионе MENA в 21 веке. Работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и библиографии. Во введении обоснована актуальность выбранной темы, поставлены цели исследования. Первая глава посвящена адаптации Франции и всего Европейского Союза к новым реалиям 21-го века, различным программам, организациям и форматам отношений с регионом Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки. Вторая глава посвященная исключительно независимой французской внешней политики в регионе. Рассмотрены вызовы и препятствия, возникшие по причине “Арабской весны”, а так же разница и успешность подходов президентов 5-й Республики к внешней политике. Третья же глава говорит об основных современных геополитических и экономических интересов Франции в регионе, иранской ядерной программе и о президентстве Эмманюэля Макрона.
In the framework of this graduation work ss part of this final qualifying work, a study was conducted of the foreign policy of the French Republic in the MENA region in the 21st century. The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography. In the introduction, the relevance of the chosen topic was substantiated, the objectives of the study were set. The first chapter is devoted to the adaptation of France and the entire European Union to the new realities of the 21st century, various programs, organizations and formats of relations with the region of the Middle East and North Africa. The second chapter is devoted to exclusively independent French foreign policy in the region. The challenges and obstacles that arose due to the “Arab Spring”, the difference and the success of the approaches of the presidents of the 5th Republic to foreign policy are examined. The third chapter speaks of the main modern geopolitical and economic interests of France in the region, the Iranian nuclear program and the presidency of Emmanuel Macron.
