Вопросы прав человека в отношениях между КНР и странами Западной Европы
Аннотация
В работе анализируется место вопросов прав человека в отношениях между КНР и странами Западной Европы. Рассматриваются причины различных подходов к правам человека у сторон. Изучается влияние стран Западной Европы на внутреннее законодательство КНР в области прав человека. С помощью рассмотрения результатов двусторонних диалогов КНР со странами Западной Европы, оценивается роль иностранных государств в защите прав человека в Китае.

The research analyzes the place of human rights issues in relations between China and the countries of Western Europe. This research considers the reasons for the different approaches to human rights of the parties. The influence of the countries of Western Europe on the domestic legislation of the PRC in the field of human rights is being studied. By examining the results of bilateral dialogues between the PRC and Western European countries, the role of foreign states in protecting human rights in China is evaluated.
