Indonesian tourism is an important sector in the country's economy, contributing to economic growth and job creation. In recent years, innovation has become an increasingly important factor in developing this tourism sector. This study aims to analyze how Innovation can have a significant influence on the growth and advancement of Indonesia's tourism industry by enhancing its competitiveness, elevating visitor experiences, and increasing revenue.
The results of the study show that products and travel package developments are evolving according to the seasons, organizational, technological and product development have a significant effect on tourism innovation, and also tourism innovation has a positive affect the economic sector in Indonesia. MSMEs and GDP have a significant influence on visitor arrivals. If visitors increase by 1%, MSME will increase by 0.216%. If visitors increase by 1% then GDP will increase by 4.96%.
The goal of this study is to analyze how significant the development of tourist innovation is toward the economic sector.
The purpose of this research is to understand how Innovation can have a significant influence on the growth and advancement of Indonesia's tourism industry by enhancing its competitiveness, elevating visitor experiences, and increasing revenue. The main objectives of this research are: learn more about tourism innovation, learn different types of tourism innovation, analyse the effect of the innovation of tourism towards the economic sector.
The recommendations that can be carried out by the government, entrepreneurs in the field of tourism such as embrace technological advancements, collaborative partnerships, continuous skill development.
