International exhibition and congress activity is one of the most dynamically developing areas of the world economy. The global crisis associated with Covid-19 had a strong impact on exhibition activity. This study is devoted to the features of development of international exhibition and congress activity after the coronavirus. The paper analyzes the efficiency of international and Russian exhibition companies, calculates coefficients for international exhibitions to assess the effectiveness of these activities and makes a comparative analysis of them. The features of the development of international exhibition and congress activity are identified and on their basis recommendations for Russian exhibition organizers and exhibition space owners are given, taking into account the international experience.
