ABSTRACT
In today's context of globalization, countries are opening up trade to achieve better economic and trade outcomes. As a result, cross-border trade is becoming more widespread, and the need for technology, labor, capital and managers has become more urgent. The development of Sino-Russian trade has promoted the integration of the cultures of the two countries, but the differences in the business processes of Sino-Russian joint ventures have become one of the constraints on the development of enterprises. In order to promote the sustainable development of Sino-Russian joint ventures, it is necessary to discuss the cross-cultural management of joint ventures between the two countries. Because only with a deep understanding of the current situation and problems of cross-cultural management of joint ventures we can give corresponding suggestions on the problems.
The graduation project aims to study the intercultural relations between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China by exploring the current situation of Sino-Russian joint ventures in China. The work compares the ways in which the cultures of the two countries are integrated, cultural differences and work habits.
The work includes an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, and references.
Based on investigating and studying the management of Sino-Russian joint ventures, we found that the cross-cultural management of Sino-Russian joint ventures is a business management model based on cultural management, aiming to promote the cultural integration and unification of joint ventures between the two countries. In the first part, we set out the background, significance and purpose of the research. The second part summarizes the research results of scholars from various countries, expounds the cultural differences, the meaning and characteristics of culture between China and Russia, and the relevant basic concepts of cross-cultural theory. Through interviews with the managers and employees of three large Sino-Russian joint ventures, the current situation of cross-cultural management of Sino-Russian joint ventures was summarized and analyzed, and the problems and influencing factors in cross-cultural management of joint ventures were proposed.
From the three aspects of facing up to cultural differences, resolving cultural conflicts, carrying out cultural integration, and promoting the implementation of cross-cultural management strategies, we provide suggestions for improving the cross-cultural management of Sino-Russian joint ventures. It is hoped that this study can provide practical help for Sino-Russian joint ventures and recommendations for cross-cultural management of Sino-Russian joint ventures in the future.
Thus, the relevance of the research is determined by the current situation and problems faced by Sino-Russian joint ventures in cross-cultural management which can impact on economic and trade productivity.
