The study examines the impact of technology transfer on the economy and innovative development of the country and considers China's experience in this area. Methods such as: study and generalization of theoretical and empirical material on the research topic, classification and generalization of data, comparative analysis and analysis of statistical indicators are used. As a result, it was found that China today occupies a leading position in global innovation rankings. At the same time, the country actively participates in the process of international technology transfer. China's technology transfer experience is an example of the parallel implementation of innovation and investment development.
