Региональные факторы притока прямых иностранных инвестиций
Аннотация
In the Russian Federation, foreign direct investments are distributed very unevenly among the subjects of the Federation, which contributes to the same uneven economic growth. The ultimate goal of the government in attracting foreign direct investment is to promote growth and development. In this work, a study was conducted to determine the inflow factors of foreign direct investment to the regions of the Russian Federation. In Chapter 1, a theoretical foundation was formed for the formation of an econometric research model and the main conclusions of the empirical estimates of researchers who worked with inflows of foreign direct investment into the regions of the Russian Federation were studied. In Chapter 2, a model was formed, a review of the data with their statistical analysis was made, and the methodological base was given, which the author was guided by when building an econometric model. The empirical results of this study indicate that the growth of the recipient and investor economies have a positive effect on foreign direct investment inflows. The openness of the region's economy and growing imports into it also have a positive effect on attracting inflows. Scientific and technological progress in the face of increasing the number of researchers and specialists in R&D, as well as the growth in the production of high-tech goods, has a positive effect on the inflow of foreign direct investment. In addition, the author obtained a model with two significant distance variables, which gives a better estimate of the spatial characteristics of inflows.
