Аннотация
The relevance of the problem of improving the policy of adaptation of migrants in Western Europe is due to the fact that migration has a great impact on various spheres, and the effectiveness of measures to regulate migration flows helps to avoid or, at least, to minimize the impact of migration crises on the economies of different countries. Using the case study method in relation to the UK, Germany and Switzerland, as well as the evaluation of statistical data and comparative analysis, the author identified the problems and potential prospects of migration policy in Western Europe. As a result of the work, shortcomings in the existing migrant adaptation policy in Western European countries were identified and measures to improve it were proposed.
The work consists of an Abstract, an Introduction, the Main part (theoretical background on the topic of migrant adaptation policy in Western Europe, Experience in implementing migrant adaptation policy in Germany, Great Britain and Switzerland, the topic of sustainable development and migration, an example of migrant adaptation policy in LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz) and a Conclusion.
At the end of this research paper, conclusions are drawn about the existing problems in the field of migrant adaptation policy in Western European countries, as well as practical advice on improving this issue and possible application in the territory of the Russian Federation.
