Entering foreign markets has always been one of the ways to increase the profitability of an enterprise, and due to the prevailing socio-political conditions, the issue of effective export strategies has become the most acute for companies.
The relevance of my thesis is studying different models of companies entering the foreign market and identify the most effective ones in use. The practical part is completely devoted to the enterprise of the full sewing cycle “Strochka”, which task at this stage of development is to enter the foreign market, therefore, the purpose of my thesis is to form a unique strategy for the implementation of an export project for the private limited company "Strochka" (Yekaterinburg).
Object of research: the social and economic relations in the area of international light industry development. Subject of research: selecting of the optical tools of entry of a foreign market by a sewing company.
In the first chapter of the thesis, the situation of the development of light industry in the global economic market was analyzed, models of companies entering the foreign market and conditions for the implementation of project activities were also studied. In the second chapter, I used the method of financial stability and a resource approach to analyze the company's readiness to implement project activities, conducted an analysis of markets for export, and also made a time forecast of the project with individual stages of implementation of the chosen strategy and a risk management map. In addition, I describe my work experience in the state acceleration program "Export Fast and Furious" as a representative of the company “Strochka”.
Upon completion of the research work, I drew up the Project Charter for the presentation of his company and its use in further activities for the implementation of the export project, the charter includes 7 main points: name of the project, project objectives, expected results and benefits of the project, analysis of the interests of stakeholders, stages of project implementation, assessment of possible risks, project Team.
Moreover, the last paragraph of my diploma is devoted to the sustainable development of the light industry in the global economy and corporate social responsibility in the company “Strochka”, which appears as the main object of my research in the thesis.
