The purpose of this study is to analyze the pandemic in the real estate market in Europe and identify the main signs of its ongoing development. As an object of study of the European real estate market, as a subject of study - the impact of the pandemic on the European real estate market. The paper revealed the theoretical foundations of the European real estate market, analyzed the impact of the pandemic on the real estate market in Europe and Russia, identified the main trends for further development, and formulated the main factors for the sustainable development of the real estate market in Europe.
