In this global crisis, COVID-19 has caused relatively large fluctuations in E-commerce and the real economy, but it is the real economy that is more affected by the epidemic than E-commerce. This aspect also benefits from the characteristics of E-commerce. In this crisis, it was only affected by volatility, while the real economy was hit hard. When the epidemic stabilized and the economy began to recover, the real economy was not picking up as fast as E-commerce, which proved that E-commerce is now an indispensable part of people’s lives. And in the future, E-commerce will account for an increasing proportion of people's expenditures.
