Моделирование растискивания в офсетной печати
Аннотация
Данная работа посвящена исследованиям в области моделирования растискивания в офсетной печати. Подробно рассмотрена существующая методика предсказания растискивания. Произведены измерения оптических плотностей растровых полей разных образцов, на которых выявлено увеличение оптической плотности. Построены кривые растискивания для данных условий, на которых видно изменение характерной формы растискивания. Проанализированы зависимости параметров кривой TVI от оптической плотности, сделаны выводы о характерных особенностях. Написан ряд программ, позволяющих автоматизировать некоторые действия.

This work is devoted to the research in the field of modeling of spreading in offset printing. The existing method of prediction of spreading is considered in detail. The measurements of optical densities of raster fields of different samples were taken, which revealed an increase in the optical density. The curves of dot gain for the given conditions were built, which showed the change in the characteristic shape of the dot gain. Dependency of parameters of TVI curve from the optical density was analyzed, the conclusions about the characteristics were made. Also, a wide range of programs that allow you to automate some actions were written.
