Производные (2,2’-би)пиридинов в качестве флуоресцентных красителей для бактериальных клето

В рамках ВКР составлен аналитический обзор литературы по флуоресцентным красителям. Проведено исследование ряда производных (2,2’-би)пиридинового ряда в качестве флуоресцентных красителей для количественного анализа бактериальных клеток. Выявлено соединение из числа (2,2’-би)пиридинов, подходящее для количественного анализа бактериальных клеток. В ходе флуоресцентного подсчета клеток Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans и Bacillus subtilis проведен сравнительный анализ результатов, полученных с применением производного бипиридина и известного красителя Акридинового оранжевого.
Within the framework of the WRC, an analytical review of the literature on fluorescent dyes has been compiled. A number of derivatives of the (2,2’-bi)pyridine series have been studied as fluorescent dyes for quantitative analysis of bacterial cells. A compound of (2,2’-bi)pyridines suitable for quantitative analysis of bacterial cells has been identified. During the fluorescent counting of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Bacillus subtilis cells, a comparative analysis of the results obtained using a bipyridine derivative and a well-known dye – Acridine orange was carried out.
