Аннотация
В рамках данной работы составлен аналитический обзор литературы по методам получения конденсированных мезоионных соединений и их практическому применению. Синтезированы новые тиенотриазолий-олты. Изучены фотофизические свойства и фотостабильность полученных соединени. Исследовано влияние мезоионных тиенотриазолий-олатов на жизнеспособность клеток.
Within the framework of а dissertation, an analytical review of the literature on methods for the preparation of condensed mesoionic compounds and their practical applications was compiled. New thienotriazolium-olts have been synthesized. The photophysical properties and photostability of the compounds were studied. The effect of mesoionic thienotriazolium-olates on cell viability was studied.
