Within the framework of this work, an analytical review has been compiled, which describes the structure and properties of striated muscles, contractile and regulatory proteins of the myocardium. The significance of minor sarcomere proteins (cardiac myosin-binding protein C, kappa-tropomyosin) for actin-myosin interaction and its calcium regulation in the heart muscle was studied. It was found that thin filaments containing alpha- and kappa-tropomyosin are activated in different ways by myosin cross-bridges and cardiac myosin-binding protein C.
