Новые туберкулостатики на основе композитных липосом
Аннотация
В рамках данной работы составлен аналитический обзор литературы, посвященный системам доставки противотуберкулезных веществ. Получены липосомальные растворы, содержащие туберкулостатик, и две стабильные лекарственные формы на их основе: пролипосомы и композитные липосомы. Проведено сравнение эффективности стабилизации липосом с помощью хитозана и модифицированного пектина. Пролипосомы использованы для повышения растворимости туберкулостатиков при проведении испытаний на биологическую активность.
In the framework of this work, an analytical review of the literature on the delivery systems of antituberculous substances was compiled. Liposome solutions containing tuberculostatic, and two stable dosage forms based on them were obtained: proliposomes and composite liposomes. A comparison of the stabilization efficiency of liposomes using chitosan and modified pectin is carried out. Proliposomes are used to increase the solubility of tuberculostatics during biological activity tests.
