В рамках данной работы составлен аналитический обзор литературы по свойствам воды и явлении кавитации. Определены характеристики диспергатора для оптимальной кавитационной обработки воды. Выяснена роль кавитации при масштабировании процесса ферментации. Составлена аппаратурная схема производства кормовых дрожжей.
In the framework of this work, an analytical review of the literature on the properties of water and the phenomenon of cavitation.
