Разработка состава полимерных композиций для уф-отверждаемых материалов
Аннотация
В рамках данной работы составлен аналитический обзор литературы по методам УФ-полимеризации, классам и областям применения фотоотверждаемых полимеров. Осуществлен синтез 4,13-диоксо-3,14-диокса-5,12-диазагексадекан-1,16-диол диметакрилата. Спектральными методами изучено строение полученного соединения, на его основе изготовлены фотоотверждаемые композиции, исследованы их физико-механические свойства после отверждения.
Within the frame of this work, an analytical review of the literature on UV polymerization methods, classes and fields of application of photo-cured polymers is compiled. The synthesis of 4,13-dioxo-3,14-dioxa-5,12-diazahexadecane-1,16-diol dimethacrylate was carried out. The structure of the resulting compound was studied by spectral methods, photo-curable compositions were made on its basis, and their physical and mechanical properties were studied after curing.
