Аннотация


The purpose of the study is to develop a method of emergency control of power system using back-to-back HVDC line in MATLAB Simulink modeling environment.
The study considers the use of back-to-back HVDC line for the purposes of emergency control, regulation of power system frequency by changing HVDC line parameters, and describes the effect of line parameters on power system parameters.
The paper also describes the developed algorithm for power system frequency control by changing the HVDC line parameters based on line power calculation.
The developed algorithm is tested on HVDC model of 12-pulse Transmission System 1000 MW (500kV-2kA) in MATLAB Simulink.
