Аннотация
Конкурентоспособность продукции, производимой в сельском хозяйстве, ниже, чем в других сферах экономики. Это связано с особенным характером сельскохозяйственных товаров, который проявляется в таких свойствах: объемность, плохая сохранность, колебания качества, недостаточная гибкость спроса и предложения. Рынок «Южный» обладает ограниченными мощностями, что в совокупности с вышеизложенными свойствами сельскохозяйственной продукции в сумме приводит к нерациональному распределению ресурсов. рассмотрена деятельность сельскохозяйственного рынка «Южный». Дана характеристика его составляющим, изучена структура, выявлены слабые стороны и недостатки в управлении. На основе этих данных предложена имитационная модель функционирования рынка как элемента торговли АПК. На основе полученных данных было проведено изменение, как ее элементов, так и самой модели с целью оптимизации деятельности рынка. Оптимизация проводилась с целью уменьшения трудоемкости и времени на обработку поставки товара, что потребовало управленческого вмешательства в функционирование отдельных элементов. В результате оптимизаци были применены кадровые изменения, увеличино количество рабочих мест и метод их взаимодействия и функционирования, тем самым сокращено время обработки поставки продукции на предварительной сортировке и т.д.

This is due to the special nature of agricultural products, which is manifested in the following properties: volume, poor preservation, fluctuations in quality, insufficient flexibility of supply and demand. The southern market has limited capacities, which together with the above-mentioned properties of agricultural products in total leads to an irrational distribution of resources. the activity of the agricultural market "southern" is considered. The characteristic of its components is given, the structure is studied, weaknesses and shortcomings in management are revealed. Based on these data, a simulation model of the functioning of the market as an element of agribusiness trade is proposed. Based on the data obtained, both its elements and the model itself were changed in order to optimize the market activity. Optimization was carried out in order to reduce the labor intensity and time for processing the delivery of goods, which required management intervention in the functioning of individual elements. As a result of optimization, personnel changes were applied, the number of jobs and the method of their interaction and functioning increased, thereby reducing the processing time of product deliveries at pre-sorting, etc.
