ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ И РАЗРАБОТКА МЕТОДОЛОГИИ ТЕСТИРОВАНИЯ ГОЛОСОВЫХ РОБОТИЗИРОВАННЫХ СЕРВИСОВ
Аннотация
В данной работе были проанализированы основные виды, методы и модели тестирования программного обеспечения, выявлены недостатки в существующих подходах для сервисов с голосовым интерфейсом. Изучено HyperText Transfer Protocol Application Programming Interface (HTTP API) роботизированной системы ведения диалога, разработана методология тестирования голосовых роботизированных систем для платформы Naumen Contact Center (NCC) с учетом особенностей тестирования голосовых сервисов.
Abstract
In this dissertation was analyzed main types, methods and models for testing of program applications. Problems of current testing approaches for services with voice interface was found. HyperText Transfer Protocol Application Programming Interface (HTTP API) of robotic voice system was explored. It was developed and applied the methodology of testing of robotic voice system from Naumen Contact Center (NCC) platform with taking into account of features of voice services testing.
