Аннотация
The aim of the study is to develop an automation system that allows to receive, record and process user applications.
The work reflects the research and development of the method of receiving and processing applications. Also in this work the requirements to the developed system are presented, the results of testing and comparison of the obtained data before and after the introduction of the automated system are highlighted.
The developed system can be used in a small company after all the necessary documents have been agreed, the terms of implementation and the necessary results have been determined. The implementation process is expected to take about 2 weeks.
