Оценка риска строительства химически опасного объекта для прилегающей селитебной территории
Аннотация
Целью Магистерской диссертации является оценка риска строительства химически опасного объекта для прилегающей селитебной территории. В качестве химически опасного объекты был взят проектируемый резервуарный парк с аммиаком рядом с Белгородской нефтебазой. В результате работы над магистерской диссертацией была выполнена оценка состояния вопроса по действующим методикам оценки риска; произведён анализ и оценка риска в программном комплексе «Токси+риск, версия 5.3»; была разработана программа для анализа и оценки риска с учётом дифференцированного распределения населения; выполнен анализ и оценка риска в разработанной программе; произведён сравнительный анализ и оценка рисков в «Токси+риск, версия 5.3» и созданной программе; а также написана методика по расчёту рисков в созданной программе.
The aim of the Master's dissertation is to assess the risk of building a chemically hazardous facility for the adjacent residential area. The projected tank farm with ammonia near the Belgorod oil depot was taken as a chemically hazardous facility. As a result of the work on the master's thesis, an assessment of the state of the issue was carried out according to the current methods of risk assessment; risk analysis and assessment was carried out in the software package "Toxi + risk, version 5.3"; a program was developed for risk analysis and assessment, taking into account the differentiated distribution of the population; analysis and risk assessment in the developed program; a comparative analysis and risk assessment was carried out in "Toxi + risk, version 5.3" and the created program; as well as a methodology for calculating risks in the created program.
