The object of research of this work is the Yekaterinburg agglomeration, namely, such cities as Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sredneuralsk, Berezovsky.
The purpose of the work is to analyze the current situation in the real estate market in the Yekaterinburg agglomeration, and to draw a conclusion about the possible prospects for the development.
In this connection it is necessary to solve such tasks as:
- to analyze the objects of research in the general space of the Yekaterinburg agglomeration;
- review the demographic situation;
- explore the dynamics of construction;
- to suggest possible ways of increasing competitiveness.
The work is relevant, because Yekaterinburg agglomeration is the core of the economic system of the Sverdlovsk region, and the cities of the satellites have a direct impact on its development.
The scientific novelty of the study is the comparison of the housing market of the towns of the regional center's satellites in the conditions of agglomeration development.
