The work is devoted to solid phase synthesis, and certification studies physico-chemical properties of complex oxides Pb4Nb2O9 composition, Pb3,9Cu0,1Nb2O9, Pb3,5Cu0,5Nb2O9, Pb3CuNb2O9, Pb2,5Cu1,5Nb2O9, Sr3,9Cu0,1Ta2O9, Sr3,8Cu0,2Ta2O9 , Sr5,9Cu0,1Ta2O11, Sr5,8Cu0,2Ta2O11.
Theoretical calculations of the possibility of existence of phases with a perovskite-like structure are carried out.
Synthesis of solid solutions was carried out by the solid-phase method in the temperature range 600-1200 ° C. The obtained samples were certified by X-ray phase analysis.
Methods of laser diffraction and electron microscopy were used to analyze the particle size distribution.
The electrotransport properties of all synthesized niobates and tantalates are studied.
The stability of solid solutions in acidic media has been studied and established by chemical analysis.
Film ion-selective electrodes with a solid contact based on the samples under study are designed.
The following basic characteristics of the electrodes were determined for all ISEs:
1. Working interval pH;
2. The linearity region of the MEF;
3. The steepness of the MEF;
4. Response time;
5. Coefficients of selectivity. Approbation of copper-selective electrodes as indicator for titrimetric determination of copper in model solutions and in real objects (waste of metallurgical production) with potentiometric indication of the end point of titration was carried out.
Conclusions are drawn about the most promising compositions.
